Try a different PS4 USB port. We received a computer that kept dropping its link to the network. I might try to take it to a shop around here and see if they can do some soldering of something to replace it.
Dunno if PS4 supports USB ethernet adapters like the WiiWii U does.
Just remember that you may need to try a number of them or even all of them. LAN cable not found. I see plenty of videos on YouTube of replacing the hdmi port and if you have another ethernet port it looks like it may be even easier but Im not sure since there are no videos of it. This is an original ps4 so Ive had it for awhile.
